Project Worldwide, one of the world’s leading agency holding companies, has announced two significant leadership appointments to drive growth and expand its footprint in India and the South Asia region.
Rasheed Sait Named Chief Growth Officer for India/South Asia
Rasheed Sait, who has led GPJ India for over two decades, has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer for Project Worldwide in India/South Asia. During his tenure at GPJ India, Sait helped transform the agency into a leading integrated marketing firm with offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi. His leadership has earned the agency several awards, including ‘Specialist Agency of the Year’ and the ‘Indira Excellence Award’ for his contributions to the event and experiential industry.
In his new role, Sait will focus on driving growth for GPJ and other Project Worldwide entities planned for launch in India. He will oversee expansion strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, collaborate with global offices to bring in international clients, and further develop the company’s Center of Excellence in Bangalore.

Neha Lobo Joins as Managing Director of GPJ India
Neha Lobo has been appointed Managing Director of GPJ India, taking over leadership of the agency. Lobo brings over 25 years of experience in brand management, client relations, and business development. Previously, she held several leadership roles at IBM, where she was responsible for building a Digital Marketing Demand Centre for the APAC region and serving as APAC Geo Leader for Sales Development for IBM Technologies. Her expertise spans technology, automotive, and retail sectors.
In her new role, Lobo will focus on leading GPJ India’s team, growing client relationships, driving strategic growth, and fostering innovation to strengthen GPJ India’s position in the experiential marketing space.
