Founded in 2024 by Karan Singh Chettri (Founder & CEO) and Mandeep Malhotra (Co-Founder & Director), IAMGAME was born from a shared vision of leveraging the transformative power of sports and bridging long-standing gaps in India’s sports infrastructure. The first edition ignited vital conversations that reshaped the sports-business landscape, and the upcoming edition returns with a sharper focus, a larger scale, and a mission to amplify impact, drive strategic partnerships, and foster grassroots development.

Karan Singh Chettri, Founder & CEO, IAMGAME said, “IAMGAME is not just another convention; it is a movement to bring together the sports community to build a sustainable and supportive sports ecosystem in India. Sports today is not just a game; it is a billion-dollar industry and with India’s sports business expected to reach $100 billion by 2027, we aim to create a dynamic and interconnected network that can support individuals at every level of their sporting journey and drive India’s sports ecosystem toward global excellence. Our initiatives align with the Government’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, and the multifaceted role of sports as an economic catalyst in India’s journey toward becoming a developed nation cannot be overlooked.”

Mandeep Malhotra, Co-Founder & Director, IAMGAME said, “We are thrilled to announce the second edition IAMGAME Sports Conclave 2025. This year is going to be bigger, bolder, and more transformative than last year. Legendary sportsmen, game-changing investors, industry titans, and forward-thinking executives will come together to open up new doors and boost India’s sports economy. By uniting national, international and regional sports federations, franchise owners, broadcasters, stadium managers, event management firms, and other sports-loving professionals, we aim to foster collaboration and innovation. We are certain that by utilising the combined knowledge and enthusiasm of our community, we can have a great impact and carve the path for a better future in Indian sports.”

The debut edition in 2024 attracted over 600 delegates, 40+ speakers and facilitators, and 20+ brand and institutional partners, with representation from six countries and top Indian sports leagues. This year, IAMGAME 2025 aims to double its footprint, expanding its reach across technology, wellness, policy, and content sectors to drive deeper engagement and more meaningful impact in India’s growing sports ecosystem.
