WOW Awards Asia 2025: Presenting the Next Set of Jury Members for Experiential Tech Awards

The WOW Awards Asia, the largest business and recognition platform in Experiential Marketing, MICE, LIVE Entertainment, and the Wedding industry, is set to return for its 16th edition at the JIO World Convention Centre on June 20-21, 2025.

The awards are now open for entries across 106 categories, distributed among five distinct groups: Experiential Marketing Awards, Experiential Celebrations Awards, Experiential Tech Awards, Hotel & Venue Awards, and Live Quotient Awards.

With a meticulous two-phase judging process conducted by a distinguished panel of jury members and validated by EY, the ceremony promises to be a grand celebration of excellence. Each jury member is carefully chosen from diverse backgrounds with extensive industry experience, ensuring a fair and transparent evaluation to recognize the most deserving winners.

As the industry prepares to showcase its finest work in events and experiential marketing, the Experiential Tech Awards category, known as Group C, takes center stage. Experiential Tech awards celebrates efforts in production and event technicals by supplier partners. This category includes only service providers without the inclusion of agencies. Delivery of end-to-end production of an event while overcoming execution challenges and delivery of unique/ highly technical/ superior lighting design solutions at an event is also a part of this category and recognizes the efforts in lighting, trussing, tent solutions, SFX/pyrotechnic, projection mapping, design-construct/fabrication, hospitality/logistic, catering solutions and show running / stage management.

Aayush Bansal, Director, P3P Ventures

Aayush Bansal brings over 15 years of experience in artist and event management, having led major events like Timeout72 Goa, Justin Bieber’s Purpose Tour, and Post Malone’s Feeding India Concert. He has also played a key role in Zomato Live’s Zomaland. Recently, he launched Rise//Del, a cutting-edge conference IP spotlighting top names in music, creator economy, and entrepreneurship.

Anant K Srivastava, Founder, Offline Guys entertainment & iLove Entertainment IP

A dynamic entrepreneurial leader in music, talent management, and entertainment, this professional has discovered and developed top artists like Divine, Arjun Kanungo, Akasa, and The Yellow Diary. With a rich background in artist programming and event execution—including Rema’s India tour and world tours with stars like Badshah and Shilpa Rao—they’ve booked over 500 events and secured ₹8+ crore in sponsorships. Known for their strong brand alliances and early success, they sold their first festival to Kingfisher at just 21.

Hamza Kazi, Head – Music, Dharma Cornerstone Agency

Hamza Kazi is a versatile and highly respected drummer known for his humour offstage and unmatched dedication on it. With a career spanning live gigs, studio sessions, song programming, transcriptions, and even hardware design, he has contributed to nearly every facet of drumming. From teaching at top institutes to judging competitions and touring as a drum tech, Hamza’s impact on the Indian drumming scene is both wide-ranging and deeply influential.

Tej Brar, Head of Festivals, Nodwin Gaming

Tej Brar, Head of Festivals at Nodwin Gaming, brings a global perspective to India’s live entertainment scene, with prior experience at Warner Chappell, BBC 6Music, and more. After returning to India in 2011, he led Only Much Louder’s artist management division and later founded Third Culture Entertainment. At Nodwin, Tej currently oversees major festivals like BACARDÍ NH7 Weekender, Breezer Vivid Shuffle, and DreamHack India, blending cultural insight with strategic expertise in festival IPs and experiential marketing.
