Prasoon Pandey has been promoted to General Manager at The Leela Palace Udaipur, a role he steps into after serving as Hotel Manager. Known for his guest-centric approach and operational strength, Prasoon brings over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
Since joining in 2023, Prasoon has played a key role in maintaining its high standards and enhancing the guest experience. He began his career in housekeeping, which gave him a strong foundation in hotel operations. His previous roles include General Manager at boutique luxury properties and leading the launch of several resorts across India.
A Gold Medalist from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD), Prasoon also holds a degree from IHM Bhubaneswar and has completed executive programs from Harvard Management Mentor. At The Leela, he has helped improve service delivery, support sustainability, and strengthen team culture—all while upholding the brand’s philosophy of “Atithi Devo Bhava – Guest is God.”
In his new role, Prasoon will focus on expanding the hotel’s global reputation, improving guest services, and strengthening community engagement. His promotion reflects The Leela’s belief in growing talent internally.
