Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort has announced the appointment of Anuj Chaudhry as its new General Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Anuj brings strong operational expertise, a people-first leadership style, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction.
Anuj began his career with Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, where he gained hands-on experience in luxury guest services through various roles in the butler service department. This early exposure helped shape his approach to personalized service and operational discipline.
Over the years, Anuj has held several leadership positions across leading hotel chains, with a deep understanding of both the luxury and upscale hospitality segments. Most recently, he served as Cluster General Manager at Accor, overseeing operations at Grand Mercure Bangalore, Grand Mercure Mysore, and ibis Styles Mysuru — a portfolio of more than 400 rooms across key South Indian markets. He has also served as General Manager at ibis Gurgaon Golf Course Road and Grand Mercure Bangalore.
In his new role at Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort, Anuj will focus on driving the resort’s strategic vision, enhancing guest experiences, and leading the team into its next phase of growth. His appointment comes at a pivotal time, as the property continues to grow in popularity as a preferred destination for both leisure and business travelers amidst the scenic Aravalli hills.
