With a rich legacy, spanning over 14 years, in the hospitality industry and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, Xenia brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai.
Prior to joining Hyatt in 2023, Xenia spent 12 years with IHCL, developing a strong skill set in relationship building, strategic planning, and project management. During her time at Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills, Xenia demonstrated a strong ability to enhance guest satisfaction, foster team collaboration, and implement innovative revenue strategies. She plans to bring this same dynamic approach to Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai, focusing on personalised service, unique guest experiences, and strategic growth.
