The journey began with a single Overhead and Slide projector and screen, a humble start that belied the empire it would one day become. Founded by his Father – Kishore  Kamdar in the year 1980, the company was a family affair, with his mother joining the fold to contribute to its growth. It was in this nurturing environment that Suril Kamdar learned the ropes, absorbing the intricacies of the trade from his parents’ dedicated work ethic and innovative spirit.

As the industry began to shift, so too did Rajhans Audio Visual. The demand for more immersive and dynamic experiences at events pushed the boundaries of what was possible. Kamdar, now at the helm, recognized the need to expand beyond the traditional projector screen. He envisioned a company that could offer complete event technical and production solutions, be it a Professional SOUND SYSTEM – Advanced intelligent LIGHTING – TRUSSING – LED WALL – or the PRODUCTION  of the STAGE, branding, and backdrop. – It is a one-stop destination for organizers looking to create unforgettable experiences.

Suril Kamdar’s approach was not just about keeping up with the times; it was about leading the charge. He understood that the essence of the event industry was in creating moments that resonate, and technology was the key to unlocking these experiences. Currently Rajhans Audio Visual has a 5000 Sq ft LED WALL with the latest 2.6mm inventory. Without a good showrunner team and the latest software, one would not grow. His early exposure to the industry, coupled with a keen eye for innovation, allowed him to anticipate trends and adapt his business model accordingly. RAJHANS AV invested heavily in a high-level I9 Server with WATCHOUT, RESOLUME, and HIRENDER software specialists to run the Large Video files with hot backup and fiber cabling.

The company’s growth mirrored the industry’s evolution. As Live events became more sophisticated, so too did Rajhans Audio Visual’s offerings. The company invested in the state-of-the-art JBL VTX A series, JBL B28 Dual Base, Shure/ Sennheiser mics with the dual Antenna system, 96 Channel Digital Mixer with Stage rack, Winch Stand and Truss Bar for Flying Sound, Backline Gears – Drumkit/ Guitar/ Keyboard/ In Ear Monitors / Stage Monitors/ AMP/ DI Box, Sound Solution and Mixers. Rajhans Audio Visual became known not just for its extensive inventory but for its ability to conceptualize and execute complex technical solutions that brought events to life.

We constantly upgrade all the inventory and are happy to add 54 nos 17R Sharpies Intelligent Lights for the upcoming wedding season. Rajhans Audio Visual has Box trusses with CM Motors, Moving Head Spot, WASH, BEAM, Sharpies, LED PAR, Blinder, Haze, Smoke, and many Digital boards with in-house light designers to create the perfect ambiance for your event be it a conference or product launch or sangeet and wedding.

Kamdar’s leadership ensured that the company remained at the forefront of the industry, a beacon of excellence in a sea of change. In 2017 they started the Production and fabrication division and currently employ a huge stock of stage blocks of different sizes from 0.6 ft to 5 ft of height. In house carpenter team ensures the pre-production of the set in the 10000 sq ft warehouse located at Saki Naka – Andheri East, Mumbai.

With the addition of his partner Shivani Kamdar in the team pioneering the wedding department, the decor and event management segment flourished with pleasant partnerships with 12 luxury Hotels in Mumbai. She took the company to new heights with her specialization in Elegant & Classic Decors, Special entries, and Magical effects for every celebration.
