
Abu Dhabi’s annual Sheikh Zayed Festival is set to return from November 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025, in the Al Wathba area. This festival serves as a tribute to the UAE’s rich heritage, showcasing customs, traditions, and diverse landscapes through a series of events and activities.
The 2024 theme, “Closer,” emphasizes unity and togetherness, while over 27 countries will participate, adding a global dimension to this cultural event. The festival features more than 6,000 cultural events and 1,000 live performances, offering visitors a variety of experiences and attractions throughout the weeks.
The festival will host a special 14-day program that includes folk shows, raffles, concerts, and the highlight Union Parade, which celebrates the UAE’s national values and spirit of unity. Every Saturday evening at 10 PM, festival-goers can also enjoy fireworks displays over the Abu Dhabi skies.
