Q. How does your team approach each new project, blending technological expertise with creative vision to deliver truly unique and memorable event experiences?
We are willing to understand our customers and their wishes and needs in order to implement them within the realms of possibility. To do this, it is necessary to be close to the customer and to be in frequent contact. The team works with passion and is not afraid to go the extra mile to ensure that customers and guests are happy at the end of the day.
Q. In what ways has your company navigated industry shifts or changing client demands over the past decade, and what key lessons have you learned from these experiences?
The company has created a large network over the years and will continue to expand this internationally, which promotes the industry in general. It also helps us and others to land large and unusual projects.

Q. Reflecting on your successful projects, what do you believe are the primary factors that have contributed to your sustained success in the event technology and staging industry?
Our constant desire to go one step further. Both myself as Managing Director and the team are constantly setting ourselves even bigger goals and celebrate our success together when we achieve them. When we complete a major project and the customer is satisfied and happy, we know that it was a joint success. We also accept and analyze defeats together; we act as a team.
Q. What upcoming trends in event technology and staging are you most excited about, and how is your team preparing to incorporate these into future projects?
I am very excited to see how LED walls and displays will develop over the next few years. From flexible, high-resolution to transparent devices, this is currently one of the areas that is experiencing a lot of further development. We are also very excited to see what will be possible with drones in the future and how the legal situation in Europe will develop in this regard.
Q. What are you most excited about in terms of networking and collaboration opportunities at WOW Awards Asia?
We are here to introduce ourselves and our services, to exchange ideas and insights and to build strategic relationships. It’s always exciting and enriching to explore new technologies, trends and opportunities together.
Q. What inspired your company to participate in the WOW Awards Asia this year?
Learning & Development, Motivation for the team, Recognition of Excellence. On the one hand, we want to continue to develop and learn from others in the industry. On the other hand, we want to stay motivated as a team and, as already mentioned, this includes setting ourselves big goals and working together to achieve them. It is also an honor for us to participate in such an exclusive award as this, as it shows again how far we have come.
