The gala commenced with the launch at SBI Life offices, featuring Holotubes displaying Pre-Sangam activities and agendas. A pivotal moment came with the introduction of an AI Emcee, a revolutionary creation by Zero Design Studio, injecting an element of surprise and cutting-edge entertainment into the proceedings.

At the Jio Convention Center in Mumbai, attendees entered to world of cutting-edge innovation and were welcomed by a virtual host in the Virtual Holo Box display along with LED pillar displays in the pre-function area, setting the tone for an evening filled with curiosity and captivation. The Immersive Entry Tunnel, adorned with abstract visuals on the theme of “Thoda Twist Karien”, created a captivating visual spectacle, becoming a hotspot for audience engagement through photos and videos.

As guests entered the grand ballroom, they were met with a State-Of-The-Art Stage setup featuring a 180 ft multi-layered LED canvas. Synchronised with dynamic set changes, this mesmerising backdrop showcased Anamorphic content on LED screens, complemented by stunning 3D effects that seamlessly blended with the light and sound show, creating an immersive experience with kinetic lights in perfect harmony.

The true highlight of the evening was the AI Emcee, an Artificial Intelligence Master of Ceremonies. Live interaction with the human emcee, jokes, songs, and dance performances left the audience in awe, marking a significant leap forward in the realm of event technology.
