In an exclusive interview with EVENTFAQS Media, popular singer, composer and record producer Papon shares insights on maintaining the position of a high-energy stage performer, ticketing artists preferred by event planners, upcoming trends in live events and more.
These days, ticketing artists are preferred by event planners. How do you ensure that you meet their needs?
I didn’t know that. It’s good to know. I try to make it unique and memorable for the audience. I make it personal where the audience gets more than music and home with a flavor of Papon.

Are there any rituals or routines you follow before taking the stage for a performance?
I keep myself fresh, well rested and talk less from before an hour of the show. I try to understand the vibe of the city and the audience. And I think the universe is giving me this life where I can share joy and happiness, with so many souls.
From your perspective, what are some of the most significant changes or trends you’ve observed in the live event industry over the years?
Well, I say, the style and standard of production has gone up. Sound, light, ambience, stage Is looking much better. Event organizers, vendors and artist management is getting more streamlined and professional. Better sound and light equipment.
Looking ahead, what excites you most about the future of live events, both as a performer and a fan?
I look forward to music events which are like international music festivals. More and more venues, all types of venues, small, big. All this will help encourage a lot more new artists and new music.
