The culinary palette offered by U Kitchen encompasses European, Asian, Korean & Japanese, Continental, French, street foods of India and various Indian regional cuisines.

U Kitchen will be equipped to serve over 10,000 guests simultaneously by the end of December 2023. Spearheaded by Dineshwar Chauhan as a Brand Head of The U Kitchen, with over two decades of culinary expertise in renowned hotel chains, including Taj Hotels and Le-Meridien, and international exposure with Devere Hotels (UK), Hilton Hotels (UK), The Claridges, and other luxury brands. The brand diversifies under Dhruv Sharma, Vice President of FNP Weddings & Events.
