On behalf of the Department of Tourism, Govt. of West Bengal the undersigned invites e-tender for empanelment of Event Management agencies for a period of 2 years for providing event management services for Tourism Department, Govt. of West Bengal across India.
The invitation to bid is for ‘Empanelment of Event Management Agencies for Tourism Department, Govt. of West Bengal for events across India’ being organized by Tourism Department, New Secretariat Buildings, 3rd Floor, 1 Kiran Sankar Roy Road, Kolkata-700001.

Who can bid?
The bidder must possess the requisite strength and capabilities in providing the services necessary to meet the requirements, as described in the tender documents. The bidder must also possess the technical know-how that would be required for successful implementation of the entire event within stipulated time as required by the authority. The bids must be complete in all respects and should cover the entire scope of work as stipulated in the Tender document.

Interested agencies may download the details of the tender from the e-tender portal at https://wbtenders.gov.in and submit the proposal through the e-tender portal at https://wbtenders.gov.in.
It will be a process of empanelment of prospective bidders and interested agencies who qualify as per the criteria mentioned in the RFP document may submit their proposals online only through the e-tendering Portal latest by 07/09/2023 till 4 pm. Pre-Bid meeting will be held in the Tourism Department, 3rdFloor, New Secretariat Buildings,1Kiran Sankar Roy Road, Kolkata-700001. Interested bidders should have to attend the technical presentation programme with Hard copy/ CD/Pen Drive in the Tourism Department.
