Coffee Board invites Proposals for selection of Event Management Agency to provide End-to-End Event Management service for International Coffee Council session from July 10 to 12 2023.
The last date for submission of Tenders is 14.02.2023, at 3 p.m.
The event will be attended by 250 delegates from 80 countries. The three day event includes, the meetings of the ICC include Main Council meeting, joint committee meetings, Private Sector Consultative Board meetings, Press Briefings, Coordination Committee meetings, Briefing sessions and One-to-One meetings between member countries.
Who can bid?
The Event Management Agency shall provide end-to-end services, from conceptualization of theme for the meetings to event flow till successful completion of the event, as part of scope of services.
How to bid?
Tender document containing details of event, scope of work and other terms and conditions can be downloaded from the https://eprocure.gov.in or www.indiacoffee.org.
The bidder shall pay an EMD of Rs.2.00 lakhs (Rupees Two lakhs only) through e-Payment as specified in the e-procurement portal. The proposal shall be summarily rejected if EMD is not paid. The EMD shall be refundable not later than 30 (Thirty) days after completion of selection process, except in case of the Selected Bidder whose EMD shall be retained till it has provided a Performance Security under the Service Agreement.
