
Accor, a world-leading hospitality group with over 430 hotels across India, the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, expands its Fairmont Hotels & Resorts portfolio in India with the signing of Fairmont Shimla Fagu. Expected to open its doors in 2026, the property will be newly built on a 2.5-acre hilltop plot of land at an altitude of 2,400 metres in Fagu, Shimla.
For Fairmont Shimla Fagu, Accor is partnering with RTM Hotels, a SPV promoted by the Nagrath family that has business interests in real estate and hospitality in Northern India.
