International Rhyth Band and Sangeet Kala Sandesh organised a non-stop 24 hours musical experience on the occasion of World Music Day on June 21. The musical celebration will feature 24 hours of performances by 100 musicians and artists at Krishnapura Chhatri in Indore.
Music lovers will witness a variety of music forms at the event, including classical music, ghazals, film songs, and bhajans, among more.
World Music Day is celebrated to honour musicians and singers around the world. On this day, music lovers organise different musical concerts and events to provide a platform for amateur and professional musicians to showcase their talents.
It is also known as Fête de la Musique. More than 120 countries celebrate World Music Day and organise free public concerts in parks, stadiums, and public places.
