With employees scattered all over due to the current work-from-home norm, digital platforms are the only medium to engage them on. 

engage4more has reshaped its four-year-old inter-corporate quiz contest Brain Bout into an online quizzing platform. 

To start with, the platform will be an intra-corporate platform. Employees of a company can pick a quiz from 20-plus categories and compete with their colleagues daily. This is in keeping with its promise of ‘You have Passion, We have a Question,’ informed an official statement. A daily quiz leaderboard and an overall competition leaderboard adds to the experience. 

Hero Motors, Marico, IDFC Bank, Lupin Pharma, Kirloskar, Hitachi, DCM Shriram and Aegon Life are among the 250-plus corporates across seven countries including USA, UK and Singapore using the platform as an engagement tool for over 40,000-plusemployees. 

Brain Bout counts online edutech player upGrad and realty player Godrej Properties as partners. 

engage4more is now aiming at creating an online inter-corporate quiz league with participation from over 300-plus corporates, with a celebrity conducting the finale.
