Web entertainment has increased its reach and influence in India considerably with the mushrooming of OTT payers and individual content creators using Youtube, Facebook, MCN networks and other means to showcase their creativity. India Web Fest – a one of its kind web entertainment conclave, brought together the best of creative and business minds from the web entertainment ecosystem to debate, discuss, deliberate and motivate. The Fest was held at The Westin, Mumbai on September 5, 2018, and was curated and executed by IWM Buzz.com and managed by IPC (Indian Production Company).
The event witnessed CEOs, CMOs and COOs to digital content bosses to innovative content creators, marketers and media professionals best in web entertainment business all under one roof. The biggest challenge faced by the IWM team was to get all speakers onboard and to reach out to the relevant audience. They had a stellar lineup of 63 speakers covering Media Head Honchos from the OTT Space, CMO’s of OTT platforms, Content Creators and YouTubers.
