Vikram Tea Annual Award Ceremony Another Feather in Third Bell Entertainment’s Cap

The Annual Award Ceremony and Conference of Vikram Tea was held at J.W.Mariott in Pune on March 27 and 28, 2018. The event was conducted to honour all the dealers, distributors, and vendors who are integral part of Vikram Tea. It was a two day ceremony and a national level conference joined by 350 – 400 attendees, managed by Third Bell Entertainment, a Pune based event company.

Elaborating on the event and the theme for the same, Swapnil Raste, Founder of Third Bell Entertainment said “The theme decided by the clients was ‘Garv’, according to which our aim was to share the feeling of pride among distributors, dealers, and vendors who came for the conference.”

The Decor consisted of various colours in the shades of pink, yellow, and green in order to compliment the theme. As it was a two day event, to break the cliché practice of work first fun later, the organisers thought of keeping the entertainment segment on the first day. The idea was to showcase different flavours of India in a mix of various genres to add a glamorous touch. The organisers roped in MJ5, Twin Head, Golden Aristocrat, and a Bollywood Dance Group from Pune to perform in between the ceremony. Satyajit Padhye also performed a puppet act. His act was in Hindi and Marathi as there were dealers from all over India. His humour revolved around the funny things dealers have to do and certain customers who they deal with.

Vikram Tea launched a new product ‘Lion Tea’ on the occasion, which was presented in a Palkhi inaugurated by Bhaishree Patel Chairman and Bhavesh Patel Managing Director of Vikram Tea. And for product details stalls consisting different Vikram Tea products were installed in the arena.

As the aim was to make the awardees feel special, two hostesses escorted them towards the stage.

 
Second day started of on a business note, where Motivational Speakers were called to boost optimism in the atmosphere. They also arranged for corporate games, which gave out encouraging messages.

 
The Ceremony ended with Q&A and photo sessions. Organisers came up with the concept of a Photo Booth where people were able to click photos with the Owners. Audience got a chance to interact with Bhaishree Patel and Bhavesh Patel to discuss their suggestions and expectations and with that share the success story of Vikram Tea.
