A More Entertainment conceptualised and executed the sales party of Tata Communications. The party organised on March 7, 2018 marked the end of the financial year and kept the employees on their toes with a whole lot of fun and entertainment. The brief was extremely simple and to the point – To make the sales employee feel bigger, better, and celebratory.

The theme chosen for the evening was Bollywood Night. Bearing the fun theme in mind, Drinkery51 in BKC, Mumbai was chosen as the venue. The decor saw a complete Bollywood setup along with quirky elements like a Photo Booth in the retro style. The evening also saw an Awards Night to boost the morale of the employees.

The idea behind the venue was to pick a location nearby the office, making it convenient for all employees. Also, as the party was on a work-evening, there were a lot of other elements to bear in mind. The venue was booked exclusively for the sales employees of TATA Communications.

The decor for the evening was executed as per Bollywood night. The Photo Booth backdrop had late 80’s/90’s movie posters, entry was laid with Red carpet and Velvet Q Managers to give a celebrity feel, props were laid out for fun photo sessions. There were even complete costumes of famous Bollywood characters like the bullet belt with gun from Sholay, a policeman shirt with stick, and others. The booth also made for great engagement and photograph opportunities. Costumes at the photo booth and Bollywood artist cutouts of human height were the highlight for the evening.

A small award session termed ‘Wacky Awards’ was also organised. The awards were named after movie characters and elements like “Chatur of the year”, “Dramebaaz of the year”, “Tubelight of the year”, “Night Watchman of the year”, etc. Post the award ceremony, the dance floor was opened up for guests to groove to Bollywood tunes. The atmosphere continued with DJ and cocktails till the wee hours of the night.

Talking about the event, Sumit Parasrampuriya, Proprietor, A More Entertainment said, “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships. And it was our aim to make this fun night into a championship of sorts for employees. Keeping the theme in mind, we tried to integrate elements of Bollywood into every aspect of the evening. The smiles on the faces of the employees and the compliments from the team made it worth the effort!”
Commenting on the event, Ms. Shweta Doshi, Manager Tata Communications said, “Thanks to A More Entertainment for an amazing rocking party, the team had a great time, and the event was coordinated and executed well.”
