
The Yellow Stage Events & Exhibition, conceptualised and planned The Luxottica India Sales & Marketing Conference, that was held from January 31st – February 2nd, 2018 at The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa. This was for the second time in a row that the meet was executed by the Yellow Stage. The brief from the client for the event was to create a fun theme that would bring out and highlight team spirit, bonding, and working together. The aim was to create experiences that clearly connect the previous theme #WECAN, along with further communicating and imbibing ethos of the current theme of the year, EVOLVE #WECAN.
The sales meet named as the ‘Luxottica Premier League’ was a reflection on team spirit and celebration for the Luxottica Champions. Having said that, the entire conference was designed to resemble a true premier league celebration. Right from the personal Invite, to their business session in the conference, the employees were treated like true sports celebrities gearing them up for the League.
The 2-day meet was a powered packed show, with multiple venues and themes for the players to experience. On day one, the pre-party in the evening before the match at the beach Shack, saw the players enjoying the Goan spirit dressed in floral shirts and hats and enjoying to the best of rock, retro, and Goan music belted out by a Live Band.
On day two, the The LaLit Goa, was made to look like a typical sports arena welcoming the Champions with fanfare and slogans. The pre-function turned into a players lockers room, for the champions to huddle and get ready for the match/ business session in the main ballroom which was converted into a stadium with a specially crafted center stage and a 4-screen setup
And finally, the Grand finale saw a live performance by the well-known Bollywood artist and playback singer Javed Ali, who entertained the audiences with his soulful and melodious music leaving the audiences mesmerized.
